Abstract |
A filed experiment was carried out at the farm of Assiut Agricultural Research Station through the two successive winter growing seasons 2002/2003 and 2003/2004. This is to evaluate the effect of different rats ( 1-2 ton/fed) of new Organo-Mineral Fertilizer made from suger cane industry wastes called Tcamolia Organo- Mineral fertilizer (TOMF) supplemented with different rates of (15, 30 and 45kg of N/fed, 10, 20 and 30 kg of P2O5 kg/fed and 8, 16 and 24kg of K2O/fed ) on yield, yield attributes and chemical components of canola plants. The results obtained showed that plant height, number of racemes/pl., number of siliquas/pl., seed yield/pl. and oil content increased by application of 1 ton (TOMF) + 30 N +20 P2O5 + 16 K2O, Meanwhile number of seeds/siliqua, number of siliquas/pl., seed index, seed yield/fed and oil content increased by 2 ton (TOMF) + 30 N +20 P2O5 + 16 K2O. On other hand application of 2 ton (TOMF) + 45 N +30 P2O5 + 24 K2O, increased N,P and K concentration in canola leaves.
The present study suggests that utilized (TOMF) at rat of 1-2 ton with 30 N +20 P2O5 + 16 K2O in fertilization to increase canola yield and yield component
