To achieve this objective, six villages were selected in various distances from Hazlet El- Daleel and Abou- Gerg Villages which was considered as a diffusion center to nodulation practice among soybeen farmers of Beni- Mazar district in El- Minia governorate, The sample size amounted (86) Soybean farmers who aware of nodulation practice from sources related to diffusion center. Data were collected by personal interviews using a pretested questionnaire . Chi Square, Analysis of Variance By Ranks "Friedman" tests were used for data analysis . The results of this study revealed that: I- There was significant relationship between the number of farm¬ers aware of nodulation practice and the distance of their location from diffusion center. 2- There were no significant differences between Soybean farmers as a result of distance from the diffusion center of nodulation practice related to : a) Type of information sources, b) Time of awareness, c) Type of behavior, d) Time of implementation, and e) The adopters knowledge about the various steps of implementing this practice. According to the previous results, the study suggested that the diffusion of agricultural innovations can reach various locations within three kilometers from its diffusion center. The results of this study will help the extensionists to select the best location of extension plots for maximizing the interaction of its educational effects and increasing the diffusion rates of agricultural innovations among farmers in a short time.
