Abstract Thirty lactating Zaraibi does 40 kg average live body weight at the second and third lactation season were used in this, experiment and divided into three groups (10 does each) according to their milk yield and live body weight to be nearly similar. Nutrient requirements for experimental animals were calculated according to NRC (I981). Three rations were formulated, the first was consisted of 50% of requirements from concentrate feed mixture (CFM 16% CP) and 50% clover hay and served to be the control, the second was consisted of 25% from CFM, 15% bakery waste (OW) and 50% clover hay while the third was consisted of 35% OW, 15% CFM and 50% clover hay. The results indicated that groups fed 15% and 35% OW of CFM had (P<0.05) higher Total DM intake, OM/ kg of milk and TON/kg of milk compared with control. However, differences among groups fed 15% OW and the control were insignificant. Control group and group fed 15% BW of CFM were (P<0.05) higher in DCP intake/kg milk. No significant differences were found among the three tested rations in digestibility of DM, OM and CP While it was significant for CF, EE and NFE in favor of group fed OW compared with control. No significant differences were found among the three tested rations in the average daily milk: produced per head. Control group showed high (P
