Arabic : متطلبات القدرة الفعلية فى حصاد القمح بأستخدام آلة الحصاد والصف المعلقة أمام الجرار بعرض تشغيل 2,2 متر
Abstract Field investigations were carried out to study the actual power demands in wheat harvesting by a locally made reaper. Two planting methods of wheat crop, by seed drill and manually broadcasting. Five forward speeds 1.5, 2.0, 2.4, 3.0 and 3.7 Km/h were used. The results showed that the reaper's propeller shaft torque increased as the forward speed increased. Significant effect was seen in torque measurements at different forward speeds and planting methods. The lowest mean value of the reaper's propeller shaft power was 9.82 kW obtained at forward speed 1.5 Km/h using seed drill. Whereas the highest mean value of the reaper's propeller shaft power was 21.86 kW obtained at forward speed 3.7 Km/h in the farm manually broadcasted. The fuel consumption was increased at increasing forward speed and was affected significantly by planting method and forward speed. The lowest mean value of fuel consumption was 3.05 Kg/h and was obtained at forward speed 1.5 Km/h using seed drill. Whereas the highest mean value of Fuel consumption was 7.02 Kg/h and was obtained at forward speed 3.7 Km/h with manually broadcasting method.
