Abstract : This study was conducted in a private apiary at El-Baramon, EL-Daqahliyah governorate, Egypt at 2019-2020 winter season. The research aims to increase the honeybee colonies activities and maintain the strength and quality production by mounting a simple warming system into the hive. The study included primary studies on three methods of warming (pushing hot air, thermal coil and halogen lamp) to determine the best method adapted with bee colonies. The secondary studies were conducted to study the effect of best warming system on bee colonies temperature, strength (sealed brood area and number of occupied frames) and productivity (honey and pollen areas). Results showed that the best system was halogen lamp. It was success to keep temperature inside the hive nest between 32 to 34.2 °C during the winter months period, these warming system could increase the colonies strength by about 37.19% and 33.33% for sealed broad area and number of occupied frames, respectively. While the productivity were increased by about 19.51% and 30.38% respectively for honey and pollen areas compared with the normal warming system.
