Enterotoxaemia in rabbits and trials for preparing vaccine from the isolated strains

| Abstract |
A naerobic bacteriological examination of differnt samples taken from 120 diarheic rabbits at weaning age reveaked teh isolation of 28.8 and 24 isolates of C.perfringens type A from liver, caccum and intestinal contents respictively. Antotoxin titers in sera of rabbits vaccinated with differnt vaccines prepared from the isolated strains were higher in groups that vaccinated with concentrated vaccines than those vaccinated with unconcentrated ones.
