Abstract Two hundred one day old Muscovy duckling were used in this study. At five weeks of age the birds divided randomly in to three groups. Birds in group (1) fed control diet containing 17% crude protein and 2901.5 Kcal ME/ Kgm diet all over the experimental period. Birds in group (2) fed control diet supplemented with 5% sunflower oil up to 12weeks of age. While, birds in group (3) fed diet as group (2) up to 8 weeks after that fed control diet supplement with 75% sunflower oil form 9 to the end of experimental (12weeks). Major results can be summarized as follow: -body weight increased with age supplementation at the level of 5% to the diet improved the final body weight. -the utilization of food was higher in bird fed fat than the control group. -the average of carcass weight % dressing % abdominal fat were increased as age and increased fat supplementation to the ration. -fat supplementation caused a decrease in carcass moisture and protein content, while increased the deposition of fat. -the relative weights of digestive tract decreased with age and fat addition. -the absolute length of digestive canal increased with age and fat addition . -the PH of all different segments of digestive tract were deceased with age and fat addition small intestine. -body temperature reduced at 12week. Whoever, respiration rate increased with age. -physical parameters of blood did not affect by fat supplementation. -hormone T3 decreased with age. It was increased by using 5% level of fat. -total protein, total lipids, level of GPT, Creatinine increased with age and fat addition. -plasma GOT and phosphorus decreased with age with age and fat addition. -plasma calcium decreased as dietary in increased.
