English : Capabilities and Creative Contributions of Agricultural Research Center (ARC) Researchers and the Incentives Provided by the Center to Promote the Organizational Creativity from their Viewpoints

Abstract The research aimed at identifying the level of the respondent's concept of the studies organizational creativity from there view point. The level of importance of the benefits of the studies organizational creativity, the level of implementation and obstacles of the studies organizational creativity at A.R.C. from the view point of respondents. The research sample was selected randomly from all categories of A.R.C. researchers which included all of emeritus heads of researches, heads of the researches, senior researcher and the researcher in 29 research institute, laboratory and central laboratory and the bank with the A.R.C... The total research sample accounted 365 respondents according to Kreicie and Morgan equation. Data were collected by personal interview using a pretested questionnaire during mid-November 2016 to mid-May 2017. Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and relative mean were used for analyzing the study data. The main findings of this research could be summarized as follows: 1 - The overall awareness level of the respondents concept of the studies organizational creativity was (high) with an average of 38.28 degrees that equivalent to a relative mean of 85.1%. 2 - The overall level of importance of the benefits of the studies organizational creativity was (high) from the view point of respondents with an average importance of 55.56 degrees that equivalent to a relative average of 85.5%. 3 - The general level of the degree of application of the items of the studies organizational creativity was (average) from the view point of respondents with an average beings of 35.78 degrees that equivalent to a relative average of 59.63%. 4 - The general level of the studies obstacles of organizational creativity was (above average) from the view point of respondents' with an average beings of 170.0 degrees that equivalent to a relative average of 72.3%. The research presented eleven recommendation that could contributed to increasing the development of the studies organizational creativity at the Agricultural Research Center.
