Abstract _______________________________________________________________________________________________ • Ph.D. in Agricultural Science (Agricultural Economics): Department of Agricultural Economics, Faculty of Agriculture, Mansoura University, 2006. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ The main goal this investigation was to study the mechanical systems of incubation and poultry production, through evaluation of the traditional and mechanical methods and evaluation also production systems of poultry meat in Egypt to determine the better method in incubation and better system in poultry production , which achieve the economic efficiency to the agriculture resources which are using in production operates . the first deal with the technical economic influences according to the different systems of poultry production. Data obtained showed that , the first system equipped with automatic feeding and drinking , gas heating and ventilation ( fan and suction fan ) is the better production system due to achieving the following : 1- Highest value production index reached about 95% 2- Lowest bird mortality and looses of feeding reached about 2.02 % and 321 kg/10000 chick in one farm. 3- Least value with average production cost for ton from poultry meat reached about 5225 L.E. 4- Highest net return , gross margin and logic profits of 1905 ; 2403 and 1499 L.E. , respectively. Noticeable that, the obtained data destines the first system is the nearest in achieving the optimum production magnitude where as the optimum production reached about 65.2 ton poultry meat. While, the actual production reached about 60.3 ton. The differences between the optimum and actual production is estimated by 4.9 ton poultry meat which represent only about 8% from actual production volume. Also, the first system can possible achieved the highest net return reached about 117X103 L.E. if achieving production about 79.6 ton poultry meat. This magnitude is production from systematic production for profits in the first system. _______________________________________________________________________________________________
