English : Biological studies on the spider theridion Egyptian fawzy and elerksousy
Abstract The life cycle of Theridion egypyium (Araneia:Theridiidae) when fed on motile stages of two-spotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae Koch was investigated under Iaboratory conditions at 26°C and 60-70% R.H. In this study, duration of the spider life cycle averaged 43.1 and 42.0 days for female and male, respectively The food capacity of both spider female and male was 195.8 and 174.1 prey individuals, respectively,.
