| Abstract |
This research aimed at identifying small-scale entrepreneurs' satisfaction level upon their projects in Menia governorate, identifying the relationship between studied variables and interviewees' satisfaction degree, besides determining its relative contribution, identifying the most important motivations of small-scale entrepreneurs to carry on such projects and their source of information about these projects. Finally, to identify the most important obstacles facing them and their recommendations to overcome such problems. In order to achieve these objectives ten villages from two districts "rnarkazes" (five villages from each "markaz"), were chosen according to the presence of small-scale projects for over one year.
A sample of 200 small-scale entrepreneurs was selected from village banks registries, data were collected through a personal interview questionnaire and the following statistics were used: frequencies, percentages, Pearson simple correlation coefficiency and multi-regression correlative analysis stepwise.
The research reached the following results'.
. About 41% of total sample were concentrated in the high satisfaction category.
• A positive significant correlative relationship at 0.01 was found between experience years in agriculture work, leadership degree, experience in small-scale enterprises, no. of social organizations affiliations , domestic sets ownership and interviewees' satisfaction degree.
