| Abstract |
The Bagrus bayad was infested with Metacercarial encystation in tissues &organs. The intensity of infestation was 31.25 cyst / gram of edible fish tissues. Metacercariae were identified related to family Cyathocotylidae & Heterophyidae. The public health importance of these parasites was discussed.
