| Abstract |
Larvae of the type Amplicaecum (Baylis, 1820) have been recovered from Sinus venosus of Tilapia spp. caught in the high dam lake , Egypt at a relatively high rate of infection (52.38%) . the larvae have been isolated and identified for the first time in Egypt , the public health importance has been discussed.
