| Abstract |
Isolated viable metacercariae were collected from heavy and moderate infected Schilbe mystis at Sohag province, Egypt. The metacercarial cysts were fed to one day old chicks. The recovery rate was 4.22%. Two types were recovered of digenetic trematodes, the type is Stictodora tridactyla Martin & Kuntz, 1995 and the second type is Prohemistomum vivax Sonsino, 1892
