Abstract Determine the educational and economical impacts of food sector development programme (I'SDP) among animal breeders in Kallin district, Kafr E1-sheikh governorate. The specific objectives were stated as follows: (1) To identify some characteristics of respondents. (2) To determine the respondents knowledge level of technical recommendation related to the activities of food section development programme. (3) To determine the respondents implementation level of technical recommendation related to the activities of FSDI'. (4) To determine the economical impacts of FSDP. (5) To determine the relationship between studied independent variables and the respondents knowledge level, and the variables that explain the variance in this knowledge level. (6) To determine the relationship between studied independent variables and the respondents implementation level, and the 'variables that explain the variance in this implementation level. A well prepared and pre-tested questionnaire was used to collect data for this study through interviewing 202 respondents an experimental sample and 140 respondents as a control ample. Frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviation, T--Test, simple correlation coefficient, and multiple. correlation coefficient, partial regression coefficient, step-wise. multiple regression were used to analyze data statistically. This study is included introduction and four chapters: The first deals with research problem and its importance, the second covers the review of literature, the third explains the methodology, the fourth presents the results and discussions, in addition to the conclusion and recommendations. The main results of this study could be summarized as. follows: Second: The educational and economical impacts of applying food section developmental programe (FSDP): The total educational impacts of applying the activities of food section development programme: The results showed that mearly 65% and about 22% of the experimental and control samples respectively come in the high sand medium knowledge level categories, there were also :significant differences between the two samples respondents concerning this knowledge at 0.01 significance level (T. –Value=8.32). On the other hand, the results showed that about 43% and nearly 14% of the experimental and control samples respectively come in the high and medium implementation level categories, there were also significant differences between the two samples respondents concerning this implementation at 0.01 significance level (T.Value= 8.55). 2- The economical impacts applying IISI)P: The results indicated that 57% of the experimental sample and 69% of the control sample their economical return from animal breading were less than 993 L.L. and 29% of the experimental sample and 27% of the control sample come in the second cacetgory from (993-1986) L.L., while about 14% of the experimental sample and 4% of the control sample come in the third cacetgory from (1987-3350) L.E., their were also significance differences between the two samples respondents concerning this economic return at 0.01 level of significance. Third: The correlation relationships and variance explaining: 1- The correlation relationship between studied independent variables and the respondents total knowledge level of technical recommendation related to the activities of food section development programme: The results showed that there are significance and positive correlation relationship at 0.01 level of significance between total knowledge level and the following independent variables; educational status, educational status of wife, size of animal holding, living facilities, formal social participation, attitude toward change, mass media exposure in the field of animal production, attitude towards agricultural innovations, opinion leadership in the field of animal production, The results cleared that all the independent variables explained 43.5% of the variance in the total knowledge level. 2) The correlation relationship between studied independent variables and the respondents total implementation level of technical recommendation related to the activities of food section development programme: The results showed that there are significance and positive correlation relationship at 0.01 level of significance between total implementation level and the following independent variables: sire of animal holding, living facilities, attitude towards change, mass media exposure in the field of animal production, attitude towards agricultural innovations, opinion leadership in the field of animal production, total knowledge, and at 0.05 Level of significance with educational status of wife, informal social participation. The results cleared that all the independent variables explained 77% of the variance in the total implementation level.
