| Abstract |
Acomprehensive Study On The Life Cycle Of Cotugnia digonopora ( Pasquale, 1890,Diamere,1893) was carried out. Further investigations on its life cycle and many points of interest were added.Besides,more light was thrown on the arthropod vector . The morphology of the immature and mature cysticercoids of Cotugnia digonopora in experimentally infected beetle Alphitobius diaperinus penzer were fully described . The Cysticercoids of Cotugnia digonopora were found to reach their maturity experimentally after 12 - 18 days . The present finding should be considered as the first record of Cotugnia digonopora cysticercoids in Alphitobius diaperinus beetles.
