The total rate of parasitic protozoan infection in 3 groups hormonally produced monosex O. niloticus were (80%, 60% and 100%) and in control were (zero%, 52% and 68%) in three groups, respectively. The results of testosterone concentrations in serum were significantly increased in groups II (60 days old) and group III (100 days old) (2.5 ± 0.2 ng/ml and 2.7 ± 0.24 ng/ml, respectively) compared with controls (1.04 ± 0.2 ng/ml and 1.09 ± 0.2 ng/ml, respectively). Testosterone level were significantly increased in tissues of groups II and group III (2.01 ± 0.1 ng/g and 2.15 ± 0.19 ng/g, respectively) compared with control (0.83 ± 0.1 ng/g and 0.99 ± 0.2 ng/g) respectively.
