English : Characterization of Pseudomonas toxins in mastitic milk of ewes and goats
Arabic : توصيف سموم السودوموناس فى البان النعاج والماعز المصابة بالتهاب الضرع.
Abstract Pseudomonas aeruginiosa exotoxins were produced from 7 isolates of total 19 isolates revealed from 85 milk samples, which were found to be sensitive to gentamicine followed by amikacin. The production toxins includes the preparation, purification of such toxins and studying the requirement, including the temperature of incubation, addition of 1% glycerol, which needed to enhance the toxin production. The toxicity of exotoxins was carried out in mice causing death of all inoculated mice, the recovered toxins from internal organs of dead of desd mice was neutralize by the prepared antitoxins. This work needs more investigation to control toxins in farm animals.
