The most prevalent isolates from dead animals were; E. coli, S. typhi-murium , kl. Oxytoca, S. Dublin, S. Alamo, Sh.dysenteriae, C. pyogenes, str. Pyogenes, and Arizona species . The most predominant serovars of E. coli isolated were : O55:B 5 ; 0111: B4; 026: B7, 0126: B16 and others in order of their frequency . Correlation between bacterial isolates obtained from dead calves and their ages and degree of body dehydration were discussed in details .
