Arabic : :طريقة حديثة لتشخيص الميكوبلازما فى بيض الدجاج وطرق التحكم فيها
Abstract The control of Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) infection in eggs was applied. A total of 100 fertilized chicken eggs were divided into 5 groups each of 20.Group (1) was used for dipping in enrofloxacin solution, group (2) was preheated at 45◦c before incubation, group (3) was treated by injection of enrofloxacin solution into the eggs, group (4) and (5) were considered as positive and negative controls respectively .The eggs of all groups were injected with Mycoplasma gallisepticum before treatment except the control negative group. All the eggs were incubated at 37◦c and candled daily. Regarding reisolation of Mycoplasma gallisepticum from chicks , embryos , yolk and vetelline membranes , the highest rate of Mycoplasma isolation was from control positive group (4) followed by group (2) treated by heating the eggs before incubation, then group (3) injected with enrofloxacine. Regarding hatchability it was found that the highest number of hatched embryos was from the control negative group (5) then group (1) treated by egg dipping followed by group (2) treated by heating, then group (3) injected with antibiotic. While the lowest number, was recorded in the control positive group (4). The mean day of death was high in group (1) then it decreased in group 2, 3 and 4. It could be concluded that, the hatchability was affected in all eggs treatment groups compared with the negative control group. However, the isolation of Mycoplasma gallisepticum decreased. Concerning PCR it was applied on broth culture from yolk, embryos and chicks tracheal and lung tissues for confirmation. All the samples which were positive by culture were positive by PCR..
