Abstract The research reeks Mainly to determine the difference between the Agric. Ext. Supervisors at Garbia and Dakhlia governorates as old lands and Nobaria area as a new lands dealing with their responses Toward: control, autonomy and motivation and incentives as essential organizational behavior aspects which reflects its action on their performance of their works. A sample equal 35% of the agric. Ext. Supervisor from Garbia and Dakhlia governorates was selected randomly from their population, it was amounted 85 respondent For Nobaria area. The research asked the population of all agric. Afficern and ext. Workers staff in the area, They were (20). Data were collected through a designed questionnaire with interview contains mainly three Scaler of behavior toward control. Job autonomy and motivation and incentives. Testing differences had been done by critical ratio and (2) Test as Statislical tools.
