| Abstract |
The objectives of the study were to access the opinions of agricultural extension agents related to the Agricultural Extension Magazine, the relative importance of agricultural information sources and determine the most important variables that affects Agricultural Extension agents exposure to A.E.M.
Data were collected from 235 A. E. A. in 4 Governorates: Monofia, Qalubia, Fayoum, and Sohag in March and April 2003 through personal interviews by using a questionnaire, Frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, simple correlation and chi square were used to analyze the data statistically and the results were:
1-Head masters, The Agricultural Extension Magazine and Radio agricultural programmes were the important agricultural information sources for the respondents.
2-About 45.6% of the respondents mentioned that, the total of the A.E.M. content elements were perfectly convenient.
3-About 41% of the respondents mentioned that the language of the A.E.M. writing elements is perfectly convenient.
4-Half of the respondents mentioned that, the total of the A.E.M. format elements was perfectly convenient.
5-About half of the respondents mentioned that the total of the A.E.M. main titles was perfectly convenient.
6-More than half of the respondents mentioned that the total of the A.E.M. subtitles was marginally convenient.
7-About 62.3% of the respondent mentioned that the A.E.M. photos were marginally convenient.
8-Positive significant correlation at 0.01 was found between job satisfaction and the total degree of agriculture extension agent opinions of the A.E.M.
9-Relationship were not significant between other independent variables and the agriculture extension agent opinion of the A.E.M.
