Abstract The aim of this study compared between three growth promoter flavomycin, kemzyem or LactoSacc which is the beast for effect on reproductive performance in rabbits and determination which the level should used. This work executed in two successive stages: First stage. A total number of 100 weaned Bouscat aged 4 weeks ( 56 females and 44 males) were used, and divided randomly into seven groups, the I group was control, feeding on growth diet (16% protein) the 2, 3 group supplemented with 100, 200mg flavomycin/kg diet, the 4,5 group was supplemented with 1g, 2g kemzyme/kg diet and the 6, 7 group was supplemented with 2 g, 4 g Lacto-Sacc/kg diet. respectively. At 13 weeks of age, three males per each group were randomly chosen to study carcass traits, blood constituents. Second stage. A total of No. does (47 female) and bucks (21 males) from the first stage were continuously supplemented with the same levels of treatments and were mated after parturition up to the fourth parity, to study the effect of growth promoter (flavomycin, kemzyme or Lacto-Sacc ) on productive and reproductive performance (doe weight, number of mating, gestation length, litter I size, litter weight, milk yield. and determination of hormones for does as prolactine, P4 and T 3 during four successive parity. At 13 weeks of age, three males per each group were randomly chosen to study carcass traits and blood constituents form the first parity only. The results obtained could be summarized as follows: First stage. The growing Bouscat rabbits supplementation with 100,200 mg flavomycin /kg diet or 1, 2g kemzyme/kg die or lacto-sacc 2, 4g/kg diet improved significant body weight, daily gain, feed conversion, viability, plasma total protein and Dressing % compared with the control group. Second stage The growing Bouscat rabbits born from doe supplementation with l00, 200 mg flavomycin /kg diet or 1, 2g I kemzyme/kg die or lacto-sacc 2, 4g/kg diet improved significant body weight, daily gain, feed conversion, viability, plasma total protein and Dressing % compared with the control group. Concerning reproductive traits for doe improved significant doe weight, no. of mating, litter size at weaning, litter weight at weaning, and increased in level of honnones prolactine, P4 and T3 compared with the control group. Generally, the beast of theses growth promoter was flavomycin, followed kemzyem and Lacto-sacc.
